In a recent interview on Gorilla Radio, Peace Alliance Winnipeg Chair Glenn Michalchuk argues that Canada’s actions in the war are harming Ukraine.
Says Michalchuk: “. . . it’s become very clear now that the prospects for peace in Ukraine are being completely sidelined in the favor of pursuing this NATO-led war that the NATO countries have engaged in, not so much because of the issues of protecting Ukraine, but for the issues of confronting Russia. And if you look at that history, that is exactly what led up to this war in the first place, is this idea of confronting Russia through Ukraine, using NATO, and originally having Ukraine be part of NATO, but that has been sidelined for the time being. So this is how Ukraine is being destroyed. It’s being used.”
