Throughout 2017, Peace Alliance Winnipeg worked with many organizations in our community to highlight the cause of peace and human rights. We have worked with our partners to bring activists and scholars from across Canada and around the world to focus attention on threats to world peace. Moreover, we have actively campaigned to encourage our government to play a more positive role in the promotion of peace and human rights. As we enter 2018, we invite all to strengthen these partnerships and we wish all of you a happy new year.
